Onairos is building privacy-first infrastructure for AI that can understand the individual: memory, preferences, consent, interoperability, and cognitive security.
We are a team from Imperial, xAI, Berkeley, and Visa: self-taught scientists, particle physicists, cognitive scientists, privacy engineers, cryptography researchers, robot builders, and machine learning researchers.
This summer we are joined by roboticists, olympiads, neuroscientists, grads, and undergrads from Harvard, Oxford, Stanford, and more. We want the kind of people who make a team feel unfair.

Onairos has pioneered an interoperable data wallet, compact behavioral user models, and cognitive neurosecurity systems that make portable personal context usable across apps.

Who we look for
The future we are building for is unseen, ungrasped, and out of reach for most. It draws from human psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, machine learning, deep learning, philosophy, and mathematics.
We want polymaths, systems thinkers, disciplined learners, people with niche and nascent interests. The linguist who understands data and optimization, the CS Olympiad who knows what is beautiful for the everyday person, the growth engineer who reinforces privacy with customers, and everything in between.
